Сдается домик с баней, с выходом на речку. Дом полностью меблирован и готов к проживанию. Безлимитный wi-fi, интернет-телевидение, колонка, также имеется детская кроватка (для ребёнка до 3 лет). Баня входит в стоимость домика. В доме курить нельзя, только на улице.

При заселении оплачивается залог, который возвращается в день выезда после проведения уборки. Залог возвращается при условии, что в доме отсутствуют сильные загрязнения, вещи на своих местах, отсутствует мусор и следы курения, имуществу не причинён ущерб. Возможна уборка — 3000 руб.

Время заезда — с 15:00.
Время выезда — до 12:00.
