Сдаётся просторный 2-этажный коттедж в экологически чистом районе Подмосковья. Сдаётся на Новогодние праздники с 30 декабря по 3 января или с 31 декабря по 4 января (не менее 4 суток). Недалеко находятся магазины, рядом церковь, Своя артезианская скважина с чистой питьевой водой. В коттедже есть все для комфортного проживания. На первом этаже есть гостиная с тв, кухня с различной нужной техникой, газовая плита, стиральная машина, микроволновка. СУ с душевой и туалетом. На 2 этаже - 2 спальни с гардеробными. Отопление - тёплые полы, можно затопить каменную печь. Отличные хозяева, комфортная расслабляющая обстановка. Проживание от 2 до 6 человек.
