В цокольном этаже - тренажерный зал: силовые тренажеры, беговая дорожка, велосипед, груша, турник, доска для пресса, штанга. На участке 12 соток отдельно стоящая баня: комната отдыха, моечная, парилка. К дому примыкает беседка с мангалом. Перед участком 7-8 парковочных мест. Размещение с животными обговаривается. В стоимость аренды входит пользование баней 4 часа. На участке можно шуметь до 23 часов, в доме - круглосуточно.
