Disadvantages:

Между квартирантами уборка не осуществляется. Меня заселили в грязнущую квартиру, где были пролиты остатки кофе и чего-то сладкого на полу, остатки еды, много пыли, грязи, волос и крошек. На просьбу убраться/позвать клинера или на худой конец дать тряпку половую – проигнорировали и сказали «сожалеем». Ещё квартира ужасно прокуренна, особенно ванная.
