Хорошее расположение, недалёко от метро, бесплатный интернет. Своя парковка. Прекрасная кухня по доступной цене (завтрак - шведский стол, где есть все - от каши, мюсли, салатов, яичницы, блинов и тд)! Небольшой сквер с фонтаном, где можно уютно провести время!
