Это старинный дом, построен по приказу Сталина для работников НКВД. В своё время в нём проживали (не имея никакого отношения к НКВД) Алла Пугачёва, Марк Захаров и другие публичные персоны. Квартира домашняя. Это означает, что в ней нет гостиничного налёта и намёка на проходной двор.
