Advantages:

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Тихий московский дворик. Расположена квартира в 20 минутах от метро. В квартире чисто, уютно. Есть всё что нужно. Приветливые хозяева. Парковочное место прямо у подъезда. Магазины рядом. Через дорогу кафе, пекарни, киоск шаурмы на углу (шаурма вкусная). Очень здорово отдохнули! Приедем ещё обязательно!!!

Disadvantages:

Есть что подлатать, подмазать.
