Advantages:

Уютная квартира, ухоженная, чувствуется тепло и не только из батарей. панорамный вид с 20-го этажа, заботливо предлагается сварить себе капсульный кофе, приятно. Возможно кому-то понадобится фен, его там не нашлось. В остальном все более, чем достойно.

Disadvantages:

Если только фен. М.б. он где то есть, но я не нашел.
