Advantages:

Отличное расположение квартиры, рядом метро, автобусная остановка, магазины Пятерочка, Лента, много кафе. Квартира чистая, отдельно две комнаты, тихо, хорошая посуда. И отдельно хочу сказать слова благодарности хозяину за отличное отношение к людям.

Advantages:

Советую обращаться к сергею. В квартире было все убрано, есть все, что нужно бля комфортного проживания. Нам все понравилось и будем обращаться именно к нему по поводу аренды в дальнейшем

Advantages:

The location of the place is ideal. Next to shops and public transport. The owner of the property was always willing to help with any inconvenience and finding solutions to any kind of problem

Disadvantages:

The biggest flaw was the stove. It gives hard work to start the fire. It needs fixing or replacement. Also some things inside the apartment need reparation, like handles and some doors but those are just details. Nothing too important
