Advantages:

Квартира действительно расположена в одном месте, метро близко, магазины также. Тихий район, трафика почти нет

Disadvantages:

Хозяин отказался возвращать залог из-за того, что была испорчена наволочка, которой в период жилья не пользовались Ужасное состояние мебели. На картинках она ещё свежая - вживую нет Клининг после выселения проводят поверхностно. Убирают только то, что ооооочень сильно дается в глаза
