Advantages:

В принципе, есть всё, что нужно для кратковременного проживания. В квартире было тепло. От метро недалеко, рядом магазины "перекрёсток" и "дикси", магнит-косметик.

Disadvantages:

Ремонт немного подустал, но мы не придирались.
