Advantages:

Неплохое место чтобы переночевать в Москве. Недорого, чисто, есть столовая с завтраками (в наш номер не входил бесплатный завтрак, но цены там небольшие). Местоположение не очень близко к центру, но нас как раз устроило: там рядом проходило мероприятие, на которое мы приехали.
