Advantages:

Удобное расположение, метро в двух шагах, в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, не получилось дистанционно подписать договор (у нас не было электронной подписи), но этот вопрос оперативно решился, спасибо хозяйке за отзывчивость и понимание.
