Advantages:

В целом, всё отлично: близко к метро, удобный номер, есть кафе с завтраком, обедом и ужином. Белое постельное, в номере чисто. Есть чайник, холодильник и микроволновка. Горячая вода действительно горячая.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов: достаточно холодно было в номере при -10 на улице. И таракан жил в ванной, очень меня смущал.
