Вид из окна просто бомба! Невозможно оторваться. Чисто, кровати очень удобные. Хозяин адекватный, всё круто.

Disadvantages:

Расположение неудобное, метро в двух шагах, казалось бы, а по факту нужно ехать кругами на такси.
