Advantages:

Хорошая небольшая студия, метро находится очень близко, рядом не большой ТЦ с продуктовым магазином.

Disadvantages:

Несмотря на всю чистоту в квартире, очень удивило отсутствие туалетной бумаги, средства для мытья посуды и сломанная душевая лейка. Парковка есть не далеко, но она платная, а въехать на территорию дома нет возможности.
